As a family communication specialist, awareness coach, author and speaker, Jo-Anne Cutler is passionately committed to being a voice for change; empowering others to be the best version of themselves that they can be!

Jo-Anne's innate ability to quickly identify the root cause of common issues that keep many people stuck in their relationships and life, delivered with compassion and non-judgment, empowers her clients with the self-awareness that is needed in order to experience more peace, fun and happiness in their lives.

Her own personal journey to a more conscious role model and parent of two teenagers inspired Jo-Anne's advocacy for children. For the past eight years she has lent her voice to them acting as a conduit to help bridge the communication and connection gap that can sometimes exist with the adults in their lives.

She has created an audio program called Breaking the Cycle, is the Toronto Parenting Examiner, the Conscious Parenting Expert for Self Growth.com, is in the process of writing her own book and is a certified life coach (The Inner Workout™). Jo-Anne has also been a guest on a variety of radio shows and is the author of several published articles and co-author of 101 Great Ways to Improve Your Life, Vol. 2. and 101 Top Child Development and Parenting Articles.

Jo-Anne works with many individuals including parents, teachers, sports coaches, children and teens. Her coaching services are available in person, via Skype or by phone. Group or family sessions as well as seminars are also available.
